This was the video message of Dra. Cleofe Bacungan to PSHS batch ‘86 during the Parangal sa mga Guro at Kawani held last Sept. 2, 2011. Dra. Bacungan was the School Director during their time in Pisay.
This is indeed a special video as Dra. Bacungan rarely gave interviews or had her video taken, given her advanced age and delicate health. Batch ‘86 is privileged indeed!
