Mechanics of the Teaching Chairs
The beneficiaries of the teaching chairs are the teacher merit awardees categorized into: (A) a meritorious performance award given to teachers who have obtained a performance rating of “Outstanding” in the past school year; (B) a meritorious performance award given to teachers who have obtained a performance rating of “Very Satisfactory” in the past school year; and (C) a meritorious performance award given to teachers who obtained a performance rating of “Satisfactory” in the past school year.
The awards are based on the Teaching Performance Evaluation System, designed and implemented by the school.
